I suggest you to tell your members the rules, it seems that they like to abuse cop powers and DM a lot. Maybe a it's a good idea to go to the ARPD forums and read the rules there, also also you already mentioned /rules would be very useful ingame as it would help you guys as not so experienced players a lot. Hope you guys will learn from your mistakes.

Gvardia members are all freecops, freecops don't have to follow ARPD rules, only cadet+ so if you have any report about the family, in first page you will find a report forum that you have to fill and send to the Ledership through forum PM, instead of comming here moaning.

I urge the new Capos and none-trial Lieutenants to work out on members behavior such as ignoring others people bs, insulting/flaming/provoking, which
is a direct kick from the Family.

Also for the people, who used my generosity of allowing them to go on duty from time to time, while I am inactive, a little reminder that it wont be tolerated if you're spending most of your time on duty, and also you can expect a auto-kick, if you even try getting a higher rank, as in becoming a ARPD member.

Not everyone goes on duty, but 3-4 members are doing that constantly.And if i warn them or start conversation about that, they start arguing and ignoring me.

You should set if someone go on duty without asking higher ranker for premision Lt, Capos or Underboss to get 1 warning.. 3 warnings - kick from familly.I think as it was before...But because our bosses are more inactive this period let's we (Lt and Capos ) take care about that ? If u agree with me Cofiliano Leon or Eugene.

Harsh man... Its just a game. I think the rule of "asking a higher rank to go on duty" should be more strict. I mean, you may go on duty ONLY if a higher rank is on and he gives you a permission. And you shouldnt do stupid shit while on duty. Keep being serious.
