Nathan it's a good place for Gvardia to own, but shouldn't make a big deal out of it such as getting a loan for it, if you got your own money you can go ahead and buy it. It's not really needed since we already got the Bistro to heal, the cluckin bell, burgershot in garcia, jizzy's, our night club etc.
