Reasons for joining Gvardia? Because I like RP with the best not DM. Its the most reason. Secondary is because I have my cousin here, and My loyal friends too.

What things are you specialized in? The most special on me is the RP, after this I have basic skills (Driving, etc.), Drive By skills, Shooting and evanding

I was born in a poor farm in Flint County. My fathers were farmers and the only money we earned was to sell what they reaped.
After school i went help my parents in the fiels work, carry baskets of fruit, harvest and plant fruit.
Since I can remember always worked with my parents in the fields of culture and when I started talking, I began to help them sell the food that we collected in the town square.
I always heard a famous gang known as: The Gvardia Family, my grandfather used to tell me the stories of gang known for its shady deals.
My dream since childhood has always been a member of this famous gang. When i was 16 my father and my mother died in a car accident from there I had to live by myself.
To have money to survive had to sell what i don't need.
After passing the death of my parents, I sell the most valuable things of my parents to an old shop, did not get much but it was enough to survive a few months.
Until one day I met a boy like me, was an orphan and also lived in the street. we became best friends, helped us each other.
The money which we have didn't fit to our survivor then we were forced to rob the grocery store and run. We were like brothers we protect each other, and run way from cops each other.
One day we were running away from a shop owner and a strange man hide us and takes us to his car:
 "- Sir, where are you taking us?"
 "- To a safe place."
 "- Why are you doing that?"
 "- Because i observed you in the last days and i have a job for you"
 "- What job?"
 "- You will know soon, just wait to arrive in my house"
When we arrived in his house, he gave us new clothes and he let us took a shower.
 "- You have any knowledge of drugs?"
 "- No sir"
 "- I will teach you how to plant it and you will work for me. You will be a grower of weed.
 when the weed grew up you will meet with me here. Do you know where is here?
 "- Yes."
 "- Nice, so meet me when the weed grow up, ok?
 "- Ok, we will"
 "- Need a ride to home?"
 "- No sir, we dont have house :S"
 "- No?! Sleep here!"
 "- Really?"
 "- Yes! Want to live here forever?"

Since that day,we began to live with this strange gentleman who hosted us in his house.
We grow up and we are more than simply growers now we are drugs and guns dealers, we meet with some influent people and have deals with them.
We still live in the "strange man's" house but we are no longer hobos, we are criminals. We bought a gangster car to our deals.

And also, I was not the only one to disobey Cofi's rule, but I'm not gonna tell the names...

You're not even kicked cause of that. You're kicked ( and now probably banned from Gvardia) cause of this shitty attitude you showed to more then a  polite, and obviously new cop ( Who ever he was, a new guy, or a UC admin, doesn't mater). This is the worst thing you can do while having Gvardia tag, its next to having hacks in my opinion, and I can't believe that after all my warnings and guides, you just took a piss.

Adding on to this,

When you Veteran Mobsters are promoted to Lieutenant, you are specifically told in your guide AND in-game/forum that you are not to be fucking around doing nothing in la-la land when a trial is online. If you don't "feel like it" or "don't want to" or if it's "too hard", then we shouldn't have promoted you in the first place, and you are free to surrender your rank at any time. When you complete training, you know where to submit your report.

From there on, Capos have the responsibility of training trials too, but also have the special responsibility of TESTING them, to see:
1. If the Lieutenant properly trained him
2. If he actually has some knowledge
3. If he is worthy of joining

We don't want you to fuck around while trials are online not doing your job, because you're only making their promotion/demotion time last longer, and that puts the pressure on us. We also want to make haste but make good progress with the trials, as we don't want to be flooded with new members who are ignorant for no fault of their own.

We've been VERY generous to you guys lately. So I'm going to make this clear once and only say it once:

Trials are your first priority when you come in-game if they are online. Failure to follow this will result in a black rose.

I don't care if you're in a shootout, suspected, or whatever, just shut up and do your job. /gu, die, win, just do whatever, and get to training the trial. Trainings shouldn't go over two hours total (shouldn't even be near that, if anything), so if the trial is only on for five minutes, THEN you have an excuse. Other than that, you have no excuse for not doing your job.,
