Than we have 4 trials now, if so I want Capo's and Lieutenants to start training them and finishing before June 10th.
I'd like that Renzo will take control on the trainings, even though he is a Lieutenant he is the manager of this.

I am leaving Gvardia for the following reasons:

- I wanna do other RP
- The DMing between CM and GM is making me sick
- Some people are realy annoying in /cb
- Been 3 weeks trial, without being my skills tested ( no offence )
- I wanna be in a smaller gang
- SF is boring me

So, I hope you understand me and will not be mad. Renzo, Cofi,Dmitry, Joe,  Jenny & Carnage, thanks for showing me everything on this server, cos the other RP server I played at is much different..

and to tell you the truth i am really starting to get sick of the CM/GM war all the time

and orry we know you been a trail for a while but when we promoted the 3 ppl before we said your time was coming you were a great member you should of got promoted sooner but we can't do much till we make sure you have a passport and license

so if you change your mind let me know by tommrow and i will give you a final training for a full member you have to understand as well that most of the trainers have exams etc

I can understand you're anger, but when Renzo told you to stop, you didn't.
And he even had to kick you 3 times from the CB channel.

Renzo is in a rank of Lieutenant, the Lieutenant is the leader of the Mobster Dev.
Which means that you must listen to him like he is a Capo or Underboss.

I hope you'll learn you're lesson, and next time actually LISTEN to higher ranks.

The Don
The Don is the highest position in the Mob.
His job is to assure that everything goes well in the Mob. and basically commanding everything in the Mob.

Don's AdviserSubRank
The Don's Adviser job is to advice the don what ever is needed.
When the don need help that his Underboss' can't supply, than he goes to the Adviser.

Underboss
The Underboss' job is to organize the Mob. and the Mob's business'.
The Underboss' have to be the most active part in the Leader Devision since they are the "Minds" and the "Organizers" of the Mob.
They are following the Don's orders and pass' through the Capo's and Lieutenants.

Chief of SecuritySubRank
His job is to take care of the High Ranked member's security.
He can assign any members to do a security job to anyone, even for an associate if needed.

Financial CounselorSubRank
His job is to advice the Don and Underboss' about the Mob's current financial position and to  advice steps to make it better.

Capo
The Capo's job is to Train Trial Members and to organize the members in action.
They are close to all leaders and managing the 'business' branch of Gvardia.

Lieutenant
The Lieutenant is the highest rank in the Mob's Mobster Devision.
They are the most experienced and respectful mobsters in the Mob.
They are close to the Leader Devision and sometimes even taking a part in important leadership meetings and training Trails.
They practically "run" the Mob. when it comes to action.

Veteran Mobster
The Veteran Mobsters are the "Elite Forces" of the Mob.
They get the complicated jobs, like blackmailing important people, stealth missions, kidnaps, threatenings and complicated hitman tasks.
They are the "real deal".

Street Mobster
They are our guys on the streets.
They usually help the Veteran Mobsters and gain experience.
They are doing simple Hitman tasks, money collecting, drug deals etc.
Guarding and driving when needed.

Rookie Mobster
They just finished their trial training in Gvardia and have proved that they are worth of being an active part of Gvardia.
They are doing small jobs to gain experience, like protecting higher ranks, driving, guarding and drug dealing.

Trial Mobster
The trial mobster is the Mob's 'trainee'.
He gets a line of different trainings and trust tests.
If he pass' all and considered to be a valueable potential good mobster he will be promoted to a Rookie Mobster.

Whoever will not do his job as descripted above will be demoted or even kicked from Gvardia.
