If your looking for a less laggy PC, don't buy a laptop. Unless your willing to pay like 8k for it.
So.. You could choose a desktop. As I use. Not lagging at all, and I paid around 4-5k for mine, about a year ago or so.. :p

You can't be serious? I top notch PC here would cost around 1,000 Euros. And a good quality laptop would cost around 400-500 euros.
