(character story must be 500 words or more)All was quiet in a small neighborhood of Tierra Robada. Separating between the sounds of screams, gunshots and big block engines roaring, there we have Walter. Known around the neighborhood as "Black Crow" due to his notoriety in trafficking drugs and smuggling kilo's of the finest heroin from his friends outside of the country. Crow led a small group of hoodlums called the "Eliters Nine", where he found out shortly, after the death and incarceration of several members, he didn't want to get caught up on that bullshit. His brother's, Jack and Matias Sisan, both fled the hood due to high presence of hits, cops, even feds. Jarome took a different approach and left for the military. There he was able to use his street knowledge and applied it towards the battlefield. He was placed as a "field medic" and practically shoved onto the front line, expected to be a human shield for the rest of the army. After he served 1 year, the military cut off his salary and offered him a bill to go to school for free.
Walter thought about the offer and decided if someone else is going to be paying for his education, he might as well make the most out of it and make them pay. Now, it's been years and he's returned to the city with a different state of mind. With a proper education he learned to read and write, as he also received a doctorate in Public Health. After school, he returned to his beloved neighborhood to find it in ruins. Abandoned houses and businesses, dogs and cats littering the streets, and even his own family left. So, he made a phone call to his Brother,Jack, and Jack spoke about how he was back in Queens, Sf, where he was with a few buds they used to run with. Walter, now moved to Queens in search for his family and apply his new found knowledge to everything he did before.
