SAMI, like always.
Might be just my GTA3.img tho.. I extracted admiral.dff and .txd with img tool to save my previous mod, didn't rebuild archive.
But it works when I remove the mod.

Yeah it's the mod that is broken.
Other mods work fine for me for Admiral.
