Cyril i know why it often comes to mistakes. Because it's obviously hard to do 2 things in same time. Being a cop or criminal leader and in same time fair administrator.
The best thing would be if the admin would be only admin. (Example: Dellstorm, Huskar). But im glad that this whole experience will help me when one day i become a part of administration and im sure i wont make such mistakes

I've resigned months ago from SAPD to only focus on admin duty..
And if you want, one day, to be part of administration, then work on it right now..

thats right
being an admin is like promotion for SAPD or FBI guys most of the times, you be lieutenant or something and then you just get an admin, thats why criminals most of the times wont be admins beacuse we get random warned for thigns we haven't done
but who cares tbh
