Borned in Paris, France in the early 70's.
He was from a humble, who lived at a street called 'Saint Antoinne'.
People were deprived there from any sort of pleasure. They suffered the tyranny and the in-justice of the high-class, in France.
His father was a servant for a doctor. He served for him for sixteen-year. After that, Harvey was sixteen years old, and his father opened a wine shop.
His father used it to held secret meetings as the people wanted to get rid of the higher-class and the tyranny of them.
Harvey joined their meetings and was known as BLITZ. He was intelligent and fast in doing anything, he was brave as well.
When Harvey turned 19 years and finished his education, he joined the army. He had to spend three-years in it.
Despite learning many useful things in the army, he got bored and tried to escape with few soldiers.
One night, he tried to climb the wall with the other soldiers, he was the first to climb, and for his luck, he could escape from them. However, the other soldiers couldn't.
He returned to the place he lived at, and no-one knew that he escaped the army and was at Saint Antoine.

After five-years, his father and the people who had meetings with, finally was ready for making a revoulution against the higher class of France and the tyrant people in it.
It was a bloody revoulution. Too many people died in it, as well his father, monsieur Defarge Lopes, and madame Defarge too.
Harvey was very sad, and didn't know what to do, he heard about a convoy heading to Russia, and it'll take around one-month of travelling, but they will rest after passing every country.
He sold the wine-shop and everything he had, and headed to join this convoy.

And after a month, he had finally arrived. Russia, where many mafias and criminals.
The most known mafia there was called 'GVARDIA'. He heard about it; as it was very well-known there.
He had been watching them most of his time at Russia. When he knew that they're moving to San Andreas, he booked a plane to San Andreas, and tried to join this mafia.
They stayed at a place called 'QUEENS'. It was at San Fierro.
They were the main power of San Fierro and was called 'QUEENS'.
Harvey was searching for a estate agent to get a house at Foster Valley or Chinatown, to be near them.
He noticed that they were ruling San Fierro, and had allies and enemies. As far as he knew, they were allied to a
mafia called 'LUCIANO' and had an enemy called 'CORLEONE'.
Harvey had to go in the bad way to earn some dollars to live in San Fierro.
He spent most of his time dealing weed, and heroin. He became well known - selling kilos everyhour.

Gvardia heard about him, and wanted him to sell for them, when he heard about that, he was very happy, and prepared the best kind of drugs he had, and huge amounts.
He went to deal with them, and he liked Gvardia, and the members of it. So, he met the Don of the family - Gvardia - and discussed with him about joining it, as he wanted it very much.

I wasn't active then - I was simply informed by multiple people. I am not going to go in depth. You are denied - no negotiation. I ignore confrontive messages, such as the ones you sent to me over skype ("I wanna have a talk with you right now / about my denied application with out having a valid reason"). They will not help your case.
You may re-apply in two months.
I was going to deny your application outright when I saw you hadn't read the topic. Any others probably would have. That info was all I needed.

I denied your application more as a courtesy to you. There is nothing I hate more than bickering amongst our members. Believe me, you would not feel very welcomed.
