On September 9th, a cold and rainy day, it happened, Robert was going to have his first daughter, and Julia was going to be a proud mother of two.  Rushing to San Fierro General Hosptial, to give birth to their daughter.  Things from that night on, were going to change.  The car swerved, hit a tree and that was that, Everything went black for Julia, but she was still breathing.  She was bleeding severly, and Robert didn't know what to do, but he did in fact immediatly call 911 for some help.  Although they were only three blocks away from San Fierro General, their car was in no shape for moving.

Several hours later, 16 hours to be exact, and Roberts daughter was born, but he later found out that his wife, Julia was not going to make it through the night.  Now he had to figure out how to tell his 6 year old son that his mommy wasn't coming home anymore, and how he was going to raise two children at the same time, and be a S.W.A.T Commander, at the same time.
