We are in search of people who wish to be a LIEUTENANT of Gvardia. With this rank you are given more responsibilities compared to lower ranks, which include
-Training trial members
-Issuing orders, to an extent
-Participate in important meetings, if you're lucky.

If you are SOFAKINGWETODED, lazy, busy, or just incapable of carrying out partial leadership duties, don't bother asking to be lieutenant.

If you wish to be lieutenant, let me or one of the leaders know.
