Is anyone able to fill me in on this whole Cyril thing? I've heard word about him "hating" Gvardia, and now recently I've discovered that it was him that sold SF Ammunation. If there indeed is some sort of grudge present, I'm sure he was more than happy to sell one of our biggest assets...
