hey can you add the Elegy to car list (only for leaders ) in 4.0 i am buying a Shamal so we can travel to SF LV LS faster with member's driving cars aswell to pick us up from the airports i hope value is 55k or lower or if we make lots of drug deals i should be ok if not i hope some ppl can pitch in to loan some cash i am faking sick on the day 4.0 is released hoping to grab a Shamal
