I think you didnt understan any of Eugene words. If you have any complain or report about any of members of Gvardia, you write down whole story, put pics and send to MY PM or Eugene. We answer every pm report, and we take punishment if necesarry.
This is a un-writen rules for all GROUPS, not just Gvardia ,but  Stracci, Corleone, Gstar, etc. We all practice this, so we woud avoid, provoking, or starting a fight over forum

if you have that much distrust in our leaders then why would you post it on the topic? if you think they wont do anything about it if you sent it in pm what makes it so different to say "i'll deal with it" as a forum post instead of a pm? the reason why you were asked to handle matters in private is so people dont start arguing and matters can be handled rationally- if you cant handle this then dont post such things. I agreed with you, that flame should be allowed IC, but unfortunately it is NOT allowed on argonath, so calling some one an 'asshole' IC is still counts as a flame rulebreak.
