-Issuing orders, to an extent

Some of the reasons for me to become lieutenant are the following:
1. Earn and learn: earn far more experience of both RPing and administrating. Also learn new ways and tactics of how to handle situations with other people's help.
2. Its better to respect than be respected: I want to feel equal and ofc respect to other, higher members of our family... but also respect our lower-rank members...
3. I can proof my loyalty to Gvardia
4. I can be taught new tricks and listen to new tips

Cofi, i saw gate, and i got one idea......We can ask Gimli to set pincode, and then only Gvadria can open gate..... Per example: We type /usegate 2233, and gate opens...When someone who isn't Gvardia comes, he cant open it if he dont know the pin code (Only Gvardia will know Code)....

The developers won't make the gate so you can go out and blast cops, then barricade yourself inside.

We are not alone on the server, and there's no private advantage over others.
When i submitted the full details of the Gates, to Frank and Xcasio, my first sentence was that, it should be available for all people, civilians, law force members, and Us.
I know you don't think you're so much special then others, but people could have a bad impression on you, by saying that sentence. ( Us-Whole group ). Like we're  not, great full for this wonderful opportunity, we waited for almost 12 months.

I would like one more time to give my Thanks to both Frank and Xcasio , for being so respectable to hear us out without ignoring, who spent time on Us and this project, and gave us a chance to present this project, without declining it at the same start.
