About the bolded text, it takes at most, a few seconds to "get to the site" (it can be as simple as a click of a button) and even if it did long (if this is the case then your not using your browser well), you only need to get the indexes once until you no longer have them listed on your tabs and of logging in, there shouldn't be any unless you're constantly clearing your cookies.

So long as stability isn't affected, I don't have any big issue with a merge, I just don't see it as necessary as the current system is quite effective and I'm happy with it.

Keeping your cookies can be a security issue. Also, the websites take awhile to log me in, even if my info is saved...

Yes, [LA]SugarD is absolutely right. Another thing is that I empty my history and cookies quite frequently just to save memory.

Exactly. It's also an issue when your web browser decides to give up on life and commit "Random Access Memory Hog Suicide", in which it locks up your whole damn system, forcing you to either force it closed, and in many cases, clear the corrupted cookies afterwards.

Haha, and half the time, your virus system picks up cookies that "have potential threat" and you have to do something about them before you computer does.

The 4 logins will be down to 2 in the near future, providing the tests will do what we want them to. The site and the forum makers had a fight in the past that now seems to be resolved.

I support some more 'visibility' of the ARPD in both main site and forums. However I believe that keeping them separate is a better option.
Not in the least to give some officers the possibility to show off their skills.

Thankyou very much Gandalf (once again), I am glad you understand. I don't think they should be literally merged but just tabbed, to show that they are truly part of Argonath RPG.
And you mentioned 2 logins? What would these be for?

Most likely the main website and main forums would be recombined as they once were, and ARPD would keep it's current system.

So 1 for ARPD + forums and 1 for Argonath RPG + Forums?
I think it would be better if it was one for all BUT  when joining ARPD, you must still get the account validated again specifically for ARPD, although you use the same login details.
