Already have. I don't mean pop-ups here. Just in general it seemed a bit scattered.

Well to help new players perhaps you could put like different colours like .. under "who's online" example:

Server leaders
Main admins

Etc... to explain what each colours means...

Nah...that would show we use groups for 'troublemakers' and 'moaners'

Yea..well...still quite a good idea, the original one. A lot of other forums use it and is quite effective.
