New subforums - SAMP Cityhall: Selling and Buying

I strongly support this. To have one section for advertising businesses, one for selling and one for buying.
Otherwise, for example if you advertise a business, it will need a bump just after a couple of hours to make people to visit it.
With an individual section for an individual topic, it won't disappear with the older topics so often perhaps.
Sorry for bumping with 9 days space between, just saying it would be great to add this.
