Well, to check the information about the lotter you can use !lottery and it gives you various details. I think it would be useful to add if the lottery is currently on/off and also mention that an admin has the power to change the status of the lottery. This just clears things up and hopefully, avoids any confusion.

Well,This is a good idea but.When the Admins Turn on the lotto They advertise it it is like "The lotto is On Go buy your ticket at NPM"
