I used to be =AV=Spartan and I did stuff. Then life happened and I stopped doing stuff. Now I do some stuff I guess.

probably because of all those criminals crying about uneven chances for cops vs criminals

but at the other side this can be good,
since almost all of those new admins are common on rulebreaking,

now they are admin they cant rulebreak

so this will get gvardia/cems/stracci to roleplaying without rulebreaking

Because I doubt it's why. As it shouldn't matter what you are.
BUT, he maybe picked them as they were in gangster groups just completely by a random thought.

Good luck. I can't more than HOPE /report 's will be answered.
The last month(s), everytime I've done /report, and that's everytime, never got answered/dealt with.
"Too busy" I guess...

it 100% is because of them being mafia/criminals
no doubt

and as Mario said: controlling the leaders will help controlling the gangs
with all respect but Stracci/Cems and Gvardia are pretty much known as rulebreakers(stracci a bit less)
