Boats as suspect allowed or not?

Well today I was being chased by cops one of which was an admin (GiacJr) so I got near a dingy and got in and started to get away when all of the sudden I get frozen, so I'm like what the fuck? Giac tells me boats as sus are not allowed, and I say "Since when" and he says "Since never" which is not true as I've escaped in boats in RS3 and it was allowed, anyways he tells me to go to land to get off boat which I refuse since I wanted a higher level admin to say first. I ask Fernando in pm and he says as far as he knows its fine, anyways Giac says he can get me tempbanned (since he's level one thank god) so he asks Vince to do it, and I get banned for some completely bullshit reason all because Giac was mad he couldn't chase a sus in a boat. So are they allowed or not, and if they are I demand an apology from GiacJr.

yes boats are allowed i have ran from 20 cops in a boat 6 of them admins and nothing happened to me from what it sounds like Giac abused his powers just to make it more "Fair" to catch you on land since there probly no other boats around

Yeah I didn't disrespect anybody, Giac was acting like an asshole towards me just because I said I wanted a higher level admins decision not his. I guess all the new boats and the police boat added in RS4 were just for people to ride around in..lmao.

EDIT: Reason for tempban was constant arguing/disobeying admins-request by [AV]Vince. Hmph.

Yeah, I know perfectly well that boats are allowed as a suspect but was that what you were TEMPORARILY banned for? No. It wasn't. I witnessed you completely dis respecting GiacJr because of his admin level and you making un necessary, provoking comments ALL night. So take the punishment as it is and stop complaining.

There's a reason it's called the admin TEAM... You're supposed to trust that the other ADMIN knows what they're doing because if they didn't they wouldn't be an ADMIN/MOD.

You basically Said the Scripts suck and shit all over CBF's hard work.
you went out of your way to complain about every little bug and crash in main chat, and then you pretty much treated Giacjr as he was some random jackass because he was level 1. Regardless if he was wrong or not, your temp ban was deserved, And no i wasnt provoking, If you se me trying to show a little respect for the server after i found some stuff out, Thats your fucking problem, But thats not my fault.
