Criminals now have chance to escape
Weapons prices got reduced to BELOW Rs3 level as criminals moaned..
Ability to giveweapon was introduced primarlily to enabled illegal arms dealing (FACT!!!)

Cops now get fined for killing non suspects, and its not a small fine either.
Cops without a driving licence cannot drive ANY vehicle when on duty.
Cops no longer get reduced fuel costs at all gas stations..
Cops no longer get issued with the micro-smg.

It appears that criminals are going to moan not matter what is done to help them, they will also claim its unfair, maybe we give them a nuclear warhead, but hey they will still claim unfair.

You can use /area to find out where cops are and go to a place away from that spot. THAT is fair, so we can consider fact of cops 'abusing' /area as FAIR because you can use /area against cops too... The others, well, read CBFASI's words.

EDIT: And, in my whole time as a criminal, all I was pissed off at was at some cops breaking server rules... Nothing else. I really can't see something else to 'discuss' about, after RS4 is out, really...

Nobody is saying that you didn't work hard to make the scripts, I guess I was just hoping that maybe at least one of my (admittedly numerous) ideas I suggested at the crim/dev meeting thing might have gotten in. Tag based carlocks, the ability to define properties as group HQs, gangcar spawns in a unique and set colour for each group, and all of the little things, details that personally I would care more about than our ability to run away, new freecops having no car to drive (which is something the cops wanted, not criminals), or cops having to pay more at fuel stations (which doesn't help anybody). I'm not even that concerned about any balance of combat. I just wish we had more ways to make money, and that more time had gone into the little (perhaps seemingly unimportant) things for the criminals, and not just for the cops.

We don't become criminals to fight cops.. the cops are the obstruction that irritatingly seem to get in my way. The fun of being a criminal does not involve police, we have more fun when there aren't any cops online to intervene.

I've said loads of times in many threads, I'm not a combat type person. I'd be perfectly happy to sit at the HQ and just hardly ever get wanted. I'd be happy selling Lasagnes in a yellow car, if that was actually fun and interesting (which is isn't, and it is also costs money). I prefer the little things, like nice custom interiors, slightly different markers to define group HQ entrances, gangcar spawns in a nice unique colour that defines your group.. the things that in my mind make for an awesome group with a strong identity.
I've tried to be as honest as I can in this post, and I am in no mood to argue so I hope it hasn't come over in that manner.

Thats the problem whit this metagaming. Always but always when we catch people whit drugs on them. They say always. I dont have my drugs into this RP. I dont have it i hided it in my house, car garden my dogg's ass. Well its easy always saying i want to rp this or that. But i dont care /frisk you got drugs your busted live whit it.

Honestly, who walks around the streets in the middle of the day, in a city where there is almost as many cops as there are civilians (good "security program" or w/e), with shitloads of drugs on them? Look i arrested already some people. I found 1000 G W and 1000G H. Well i said him in OOC: Give me 19W and 19H he refused... So people dont say when we find 1000 W give 1000 W but people dont give 1W neither so dont tell us its because 1000 W or other things even if tehy have 1 W on them they refuse to give it...

Well of course they refuse to give it, they don't have it on them, so why the hell should they give you anything?
Bollocks to that, if you don't have anywhere to store it then you don't have any drugs. /frisk command fails until the drug criminals get places to store the stuff. If you suspect somebody for having drugs and they claim they don't, that is cop abuse and will be punished by admin.

I think the auto remove for when you /frisk is a great idea. Since criminals never give over any of their drugs. Yeah "great RP"....
