Ok Heres the Deal.
I've Gone against my rule of you must own a car to join.
But what i have been telling people that dont own one is that you must choose one car and stick with it, they cannot be cars such as turismo, buffalo, infernus, hotring, etc. etc..
Due to the fact that the people who actually Own cars would find this incredibly unfair, If that players owns a turismo or such, then it is fair, cause they have worked for there car etc. etc.
