PC randomly freezing/turning off

Also, my pc is in a confined space (cupboard) and I have no problems with the PC getting too hot.

I also set the temperature sensors to react to lower tempuratures in my BIOS settings, this means that instead of the fans going at full speed at 65c, they go at full speed at 55c instead.

Yes, as probably suggested. My computer was overheated when it had it's small space. I tried to open it up and move it to the wide open space. It sure gives a lot of dust inside, but otherwise it helped.
If it's hot, try to do that. Otherwise, I don't know.

number one cause of sudden computer crashes is almost always a software problem, never a physical issue

if it were physical, crashes would be regular and predictable.

if your still haveing the issue, update all drivers and possibly underclock your GPU just to test it. do the same if you can for your CPU

Maybe your PC gets too hot (check it) but i doubt it because it would need to cool before it would start again.
Or your PC doesnt get enough power from the net... May be caused by your feeder in the pc, too low watt. Or if you plugged your pc in a plugsocket. (Which i highly doubt thats the reason..)
Anyways try to investigate..

Had same problem.Fix it thought.
It was funny to find that my fan was set the otherway arround and had been blowing at the side PC wall.
Anyway i just re-attached the fan the other way arround and look it works great now.No shutdowns or stuff.

haha, I think i've fixed the shutdown problem, now it's only froze twice.
I removed a CD drive + a floppy drive, so hopefully it'll be all good now.
