IRL:

- Security guard, mall guard, airport guard, etc. = Job for normal civilian, And someone are got demoted from Police Force to be guard
- Freecop = Non exist in some country, volunteer
- Cadet = Police Student
- Officer = First rank of Police Force

IG:

- Security guard/mall guard/airport guard/etc. (Using blue and hat skin) = Punished cop a.k.a. freecop with no rights and no uniform
- Freecop = Normal civilian go /duty, with rights to jail/etc. and full uniform
- Cadet = First rank of Police Force (ARPD)
- Officer = Full cop

You are WRONG James.

Airport guard skin (if you play SP, then you know what it looks like) - WRONGLY set default skin. Only citizens may use this skin.

Contact an Chief, Deputy Chief or Captain ingame to give you access for more skins  it's not a bug, it's just wrongly set in default..

Officer skin (EVERY ARPD skin you see on SP example: Pulaski) - Freecop, Cadet, All ranks of officers may use this skin.

Normal Freecop (Civilian /duty at PD) can use officer skins, and have jail right
But, Punished Freecop (Cadet+ got punished) cannot use any skin except airport guard skin and have no jail right

I am saying that a security guard IS NOT A PUNISHED FREECOP. Even Pancher and another admin said that.

1. Punished freecop
2. Normal freecop

Passport makes you a freecop, IIRC.

Where in those two quotes does it say "Punished freecop"..... Security guard is not punished freecop. Punished freecop is called copbanned. Now please. anymore debating about this, lets take it to forum PM.

I explained it again:

Punished freecop (copbanned) - Airport Guard Skin, No jail right
Freecop (Normal player) - All skins (except FBI, SWAT), With jail right

There in those two quotes doesn't say "Punished freecop", I didn't said that someone said it?

James, how can a cop even go on duty to get ANY SKIN if hes COPBANNED? Hes being banned from using /DUTY.
