i am Extreemly new to argonath, but i think people would say that i am getting the hang of everything VERY fast compared to anyone else, mainly because ive allways got someone near me to ask all my questions. but when i do report it is usually '/report ## DM, new player.' 
i admit, if i get DM by a person i know as a 'regular' i do go and kill them back. just the twice tho  ;)

Problems is 90% of gang/mafia players report dm when killed...

SA:MP =  Pre Jul 2007 to 2010, 2012-1016
GTA-V MP =  Apr 2021+

The pissy about it is, they go to fights wanting to kill, sure, when they kill them, HAHA owned you bitch. but when they die after.WTF dude DM /report.
A rule of somesort should be enforced here to help administration, i would rather have less Hackers and bugs than DM.

Let gang wars happen, if any gang member complains about DM, warn/kick/tempban/ban them. Maybe it can fix the problem.

Reports come with all sides of any kind of RP group here, but most people I know don't /report when killed by a mafia, in fact Gvardia and Araatus once came to our own agreements that if you die you can't return for an hour to attack.

Collin you do know there is a rule against REVENGE killing? Which means if you die, you can't go back after them till a set time limit.
