A gang war has to be organized between three parties; Gang 1, Gang 2, and an Admin, and has to be held in a secure place like the rule said. If Gang 1 just goes into Gang 2's turf and starts PEWPEWing without their consent or the admin's consent, it's DM.

Incidentally, any gang that complains when they get attacked is just terrible. I mean, they can't even defend themselves, for gods sake - so they have to resort to crying and whinging.
If you fear the group you're fighting are prone to moaning, then work out an agreement (like the Araatus/Gvardia 20 minute rule).

Dave is one of those people who never changes his opinion because it would mean admitting he is wrong, he was unconditionally disliked when he was gangs and groups moderator a long time ago because he tried to promote the same one-sided, neverchanging view.

I agree. Except one thing; secure place. If someone comes in the shootout, his problem. I dont mean to come to LSPD and start shooting, I mean to take a place such as Glen Park, or Jefferson, not GS9, since not many people are there, none at all, quite frankly.

i think that maybe gang wars should be allowed on the term that you cant return to the same rp for 1 hour and that you cannot report or /p moan if you are involved and happen to die or something...people should just face it lik ea man and not be puff's all their lives and make the server a more enjoyable placr .

None of the latter happened to me. I didn't want to bring that up either but you had to be immature and bring the demotion up : ).

Today was a shock for the clan members, when we knew that our two members were using the cheat program for SA:MP... Dave and Gr4nt were permanently banned from clan according to the clan Law and after the discussion of co-leaders. Their admins rights removed from Argonath RPG servers.

You know jack shit about what happened. You don't know what was discussed between the main admins and myself. All you know what was shown to the public. There is alot more to that than you think. I don't hate you, i dislike the fact that you were on a powertrip whilst you were forum mod and i also dislike the fact that you cannot accept that you were wrong in instances and you never take other factors into account (i'm referring to gangwars and your inability to look at both sides of the argument). Please do not accuse me of holding a grudge as you are well-known for that, having a memory isn't holding a grudge but modifying a topic every day for weeks and inserting a warning there even though gandalf himself removed it is holding a grudge.

I warned you based on the complaints I was getting. I had no way to check the logs. There was no ease of access back then like there is now.

I did look at both sides. Just YOU do not like to admit what I done was right due to the fact I had no proper means of communication with anyone that could have gave me some extra information due to myself being abroad at the time.

Just drop it alright. I hate you digging up this old argument from nearly 2 years ago. Just leave it buried for once. I know it's hard for you to do it. But please. Just leave it alone.
