Have you tried changing your secret question??? Maybe someone knows the answer to it and because of that can keep changing your password. They might also have the password to your alternate email (where you can choose to send your password to if you forget it) I suggest, change your secret question and answer to something only you will know and remember. Change the password and secret question to your alternate email too and see if it makes a difference
Go to "forgot my password"or something of the sort, and either have them email you at your alternate email address (if you put one down) OR answer your secret question and change your password again. If both of these have been change by the person who hacked your e-mail, there is not too much you can do except contact customer services.
