Yup, A problem..

I cant start SA:MP, Or even GTA SA. If i try to start one of both, I get the loading disc, but then it dissapears, and nothing happens. We resetted the computer for virusses, And, i played about 2 hours on it, And then i crashed, and i have this. I cant Re-instal SA for some reasons..

Anything to do against it? :)

If you're running Vista make sure that BOTH SA:MP and SA are set to "Run in compatibility mode Windows 97/ME" (or whatever it is) :P
Also, when this happened to me make sure that they are both set as "Run as administrator".

If you're not using Vista, then take no notice of my above statments

Next time, throw PC out of window.
Pick it up downstairs, re-install XP and then it's fixed.

Due the reason, when you trow it down, GTA:SA lefts the PC.
