I cannot be sure about your computer, but I can tell you by that it don't runs my computer slower. And to be honest, I think this has reduced the crashes that I have experienced.

I am feeling the same actually, that i'm crashing less after I installed this, or CBFasi has fixed a lot things :P

Installed, there's some thing I like, and some things I don't like.

Like: Some of the new roads
Sounds of most weapons (Deagle owns)
Shinier cars (In Singleplayer, that is)
The water.

Dislike:
The road at LVAP, it looks.. depressive.
The airfield at SFAP, don't tell me that the airfields look like that IRL :/

That's about it, and ofcourse the crashes seem to be less frequent..
I'm keeping it

I agree, some roads are really nice, weapon skins+sounds are awesome, and the cars/water looks cooler.
I also dislike SFAP, it looks like a cows crap, which dog has pee'd on.
I also dislike some of the roads, they look really bad.

Did you notice this road from DPD to Richman (not the main, big one) but the smaller one next to it. That it goes from a new city asfalt to an old asfalt road? Looks pretty lame..

I tried this on Vista x64, just got alot of errors... only works on xp?

i know this is an epic bump.. but does anyone happen to have this without the sounds, people skins and weapon skins??   i jus like the textures ^_^  (cept the weapons and people)
