Flaming is not allowed, in or out of role play.

May I remind you that slang IS.

Although slang is allowed in role play, there are limits, so if you turn it into a personal attack on a player, then it's counted as flaming.

I dont understand why I can't flame in my CB channel? Only lvl 6 admins and higher can see, thats parts of the job, but I have freedom of speech as long as the other player don't know I am talking about them..

You also have the freedom to be in or not be in an organization, and by joining a group, organization, or team, you are subject to their rules and policies. The Freedom of Speech isn't usable in an instance where you agreed to join a group where you knew that may be limited. You have the freedom of speech, when you're required and do not have a choice. If you chose to do something, you give up that freedom.

One is flaming and other is insulting.

A flame is a personal attack on someone, which is not restricted to direct statements such as, "you are stupid". Both those statements are personal and quite offensive, so yes, they are both flames. Although some people may react more leniently to the first, it is still considered flaming.

Flaming, is not flaming, if the person who is the subject is not aware. Fact.

Also i find my cb channel, private Family Room, and i will ALLWAYS says in cb channel what ever necesary to be spoken off, cause when i talk to people, friends and enemys, i try, and I am more then a polite person, by POLITE , i dont means hunny and rainbow, i yell i use caps sometimes in local, but i do/and can  control myself not to flame/insult  a person no mether what , and allways looking for a dialog if possible.

But i still think CB radio shoud be freedom speach, cause what ever you say , you say it to your friends, to your family members, not to a person that is subject, and NOT PUBLIC, in /p so everyone can hear it, wich makes a diference.

Let's say you name-call and insult someone until you turn red. But the other person isn't aware of that (simple example - he doesn't speak the language). So you're not flaming him then because he isn't aware of what you're saying to him?

And what's with the "Fact." that people keep posting after things that are NOT facts. It doesn't make your ARGUMENT / OPINION bigger or more worthy.
