The Stracci Family - Welcome to Vice City! [*Recruiting*]

"Ding, dong" the bell chimed as I walked in threw the Vice Beach Cafe door. A pale faced, tall man approached me who was obviously a long term waiter in the Cafe. "I got a message for the Owner" I stated. "Mr Montana is not in right now Sir but I can take a message?" he replied. "Sure, the name's Tony Stracci" ...

Tony Stracci? Vice City? I bet you're wondering how the hell this came around. Well lets start with an introduction; you probably know me as Ollie or Oliver Stracci from the good old town of Los Santos. About 5 foot 11 inches with a medium build and brown hair. How the hell did I get to Vice City under the name Tony? I'll start from the beginning:

8:15, 10th May 2009, a typical Monday morning in Los Santos. I was sitting in my office at the top of Star Tower looking over the rest of Los Santos running some errand's for the boss, Nitrox; counting money, sorting paper work e.t.c. I was leaning back in my chair when the phone began to ring. I picked it up and on the other end was Scat, one of the Capo's. "Tune into World Wide News, Channel 91" came the voice from the other end. I put the phone down and flicked onto channel 91; the headline bursted out of the screen "Montana Take's Vice By Surprise" Now the Montana Family was one of our key allies in San Andreas but this was getting too far. I could no longer sit back and watch them take over Vice City. I picked up the phone and called the Don, "Morning Nitrox. You might want to check this, Channel 91 - World Wide News" I heard the television click on on the other end. "I can't stand by and watch them take over Vice" I told him, "I'm going out there." I put down the phone before I got a reply but straight away dialled Nico, one of our Associates. "Nico, it's Oliver. I need a fake Vice City passport and License under the name Tony Stracci by this evening. Give them to Luke when you have them." I hung up and then called Tompa, another Associate. "Tompa, I need a boat that can take me to Vice City from Ocean Dock's. I need it by tonight, make sure it is at Ocean Docks by 20:30." I spent the rest of that day packing my bag with my clothes, Silenced 9MM, MP5 and my M4.

20:00, I picked up the phone and called Luke, "Luke, it's time. Bring my Sultan round to Star Tower. Pick up Zaila on the way." I made my way down the tower in my own private elevator. I hit the ground floor in less then 2 minutes, I nodded to the security guard ad walked out. I stepped into the Sultan and we set off to Ocean Dock's. 30 minutes later I was firing up the boats engine. On shore was Zaila, Scat, Nico and Tompa. Nico handed me my documents and I called out to them, "Okay people, I'm going to be gone for some time. If I need help I'll call, I expect you to come running, Capiche?" "Capiche" they all said in unison. I nodded my head and headed down to the wheel. I set off into the night for a long, 4 day trip.

10:15, 14th May 2008, "VCPD, prepare to be boarded" came the cry that woke me up. I cursed under my breath, "F**k, why can't the pigs keep to themselves!" I scrambled to move my weapons under the bed. I placed my Silenced 9MM in my belt and hurried outside. I arrived on deck just as one Officer had boarded. "Good Morning Officer!" I said. The Officer looked at me and raised an eyebrow, "What's an Italian f**k like you doing in my city?" he asked. I nodded my head and replied, "Just some business." "I'm gonna need to see some identification." he stated. I looked at him strangely and said, "Sure thing, follow me into the hull." The officer unclipped his Python Pistol and followed me into the hull. I bent down and put a hand on my Silenced. "Don't you do anything stupid my boy" he warned. I span round and whipped my gun out; I pulled the trigger and put a whole straight threw his head. I chuckled to myself and moved out to the deck. The other Officer grabbed the radio and was about to call for back up. 10 seconds later he was on the deck of the PD Predator. I stripped the Officer of his weapons, badge, uniform and radio and pushed them off one by one. I fired up the engine and carried on towards Vice Beach.

"Sure, the name's Tony Stracci" I followed the waiter into the back room where he took out a pen and paper. I wrote a small note to Kent and handed it to the waiter. "Anything else Sir?" he asked. "Yes, there is one thing," I replied. I took my Silenced out and put it against his head. "Stracci's in town!" I exclaimed as I pulled the trigger. I smiled to myself - I'd been in town less than a day and I already had a pile of bodies on my record.

12:45, 17th May 2009, I was walking along Vice Beach when I felt my phone ringing in my pocket. I took it out and flipped it open, "Mr Stracci speaking" I answered. "Mr Stracci, this is Davey Rose"  came the deep voice on the other end. "Davey?" I replied. "You don't know me but I would like to offer you my assistance" he stated. "Sure, meet me at Escobar International" I said as I put the phone down. I hoped into my Cheetah and made my way to Escobar. On my arrival I sat on the bonnet waiting for someone to contact me. I saw a tall, white, dark haired male walking to me. I stood up and walked towards him; I held out my hand and said, "Davey?" "Yes, boss" he replied. "Okay, lets get moving." We both got in the Cheetah and headed over to Vice Point. He seemed very keen on helping so explained to him about the role of Underboss. He agreed to this and we sat and talked. Second day here and we already have two members! I grinned to my self.

16:21, 17th May 2009, Davey was out of town so I decided to clear up some business with the Montana's. Word had got around that Eagle Montana, The Underboss, was in town so I flicked out my phone and dialled his number. "Mr Eagle Montana, It's Tony Stracci here. Meet me at Escobar International at 21:00." I put the phone down and drove to Escobar. At 20:55 I saw a black limo roll up and inside were 3 well presented men. I lowered me shades and nodded to the driver. He looked and me then opened the back door, out stepped Eagle Montana. He walked over to me with his 2 men who each had a Spaz 12 shotgun. I held my hand out to Mr Montana and said, "Good evening Mr Montana, It's nice of you to join me" He shook my hand and replied, "Same Mr Stracci, Now what's this meeting about? I'm a busy man" I opened my mouth to speak when my phone began to ring. I looked at the screen and saw that Zaila was calling. I picked it up and answered, "Zaila, what's the matter?" "I'm at Escobar boss, I'm coming to help" The phone went dead and I saw Zaila walking out of the airport. I signalled for him to come over. "Mr Montana, I would like you to give up some of Vice City to me." A chorus of laughs came from the Montana's, "Or what?" he said. I whipped out my Python and grabbed one of his guards, "Or you'll never see your man again!"  Eagle looked at me and laughed, "It's three against two Mr Stracci, who do you think will win?" At this I pushed David foreward and shot him in the leg. I threw my keys to Zaila and he started up the Cheetah. I was firing my Python into the crowd of Montana's but none hit. I jumped into the Cheetah and rolled down the window, "I'll be back!" I shouted. "This isn't going to be easy" I said to Zaila.

9:13, 19th May 2009, I was sitting in my office looking out over Vice Beach when I had a thought, "How about we ally with Montana until we are big enough to take them down?" I picked up the office phone and called Kent, "Kent Montana, It's Tony Stracci. Can you meet me at the Malibu Club in 20 minutes? We need to talk." "Sure thing. Meet you there," he replied. The phone went dead so I picked up my Cheetah keys and tucked my Python into my belt for safety measures. I took my private elevator to the first floor and walked out onto the pavement. I unlocked my Cheetah, jumped into it and sped off towards the Malibu club. I parked out front and went in to order a drink. I sat at the table closest to the bar and waited for Kent to come. I saw Kent walk into the bar closely followed by an Officer of the law. I nodded to Kent and stood up to greet him. I held out my hand and said, "Ahh Kent, nice to see you again," "And you Tony. So what's this about?" he asked. I opened my mouth to speak when the Officer shouted, "Everyone on the floor!" Me and Kent jumped to the floor and Kent said, "S**t, they must have know about my drug deals!" I saw Kent reach for his 9MM so I too pulled out my Python. Kent ran outside closely followed by the Officer. I ran to the door and followed at a safe distance. I crouched down below the wall and watched the Officer advance towards Kent. I jumped out, aimed at the Officer and pulled the trigger. The bullet slammed into the Officer's chest and he fell to the ground. I saw Kent run towards his Limo, "Get in Tony my mang!" he shouted. I jumped in and we sped off with Eagle driving. "Thanks Tony" he said. "No problems, Now about the meeting..." I started to say. "Hold your mouth Tony. Wait till we get to the studios." I nodded and sat in the back cleaning my Python. We pulled into the studios where me and Kent headed into his office. Eagle stood guard outside while me and Kent talked, "So, I thought that we could have a truce. So if we help you, you help us. How does that sound Kent?" "I can just about do that," Kent replied. I stood up and shook Kent's hand. I walked out of the office and Kent threw me a set of keys. "Feel free to use any of my cars friend" he said. "Thanks Kent," I replied. I drove off back towards Vice Beach to the comfort of my office.
