problems with SAMP please read

ok, i am not new in samp, i was inactive for some time cuz i was buying a new computer. now i have a problem, i got new internet but this time its router and not modem. i just trye to log-in, i entered the game it was all fine until i figured out i forgot my password.
i tryed to log in again because i got auto kicked after long time of non logging in i tryed to log in again, and now its sayes i got banned. i know no one banned me, and i think it could be a problem with my router, a friend of mine got it and he quit the game because no one could help him normally.
i dont want to quit, in fact i really want to play this RP server, the best server i ever found, please help me and tell me what to do... maybe its ip block?
if it is, please unblock me, if not please help me.

There is a ban bug sometimes, try connecting over and over again if you find your password. :P

th problem is, its allways like aban, i know the ybug, and it happend to my friend ages ago, they told him that its an IP block and they can unblock him but they never did... i hope it will be fixed... help please Admins
