i dont mean to be rude....but wat good times m8?
you where only officially in  CM for like a week and a half

I was CM member for 1 month and man, Yes i had good (but few) times with Corleone Members, and because i didnt have 'em with you, it doesnt mean i had any good moments with CM

And, i enjoyed my first days with CM, but all the shit was going on (Like ignazio's left), lots of members left, and the point that maked me take this decision of leaving was i was feeling same thing as Inmortal felt:

First off all, i didnt read the topic very good but i think CM's system died... Everyone is leaving.. I cant take fun in this clan... No one is taking care of members..Daniel is so busy...

and btw, in last days i didnt felt as a CM member, because i never participated in CM events, Leaders and other members didnt never wanted to team work with me, and:

We give out jobs to all members, ranging from hits to drug dealing, with good pay.

I just never had any work (Since Tice left), so it was like Inmortal said: No one was taking care of Members. The only times i did team-work with some members was when they were started by me

To be honest, all i see is that you Leaders just assign work to members such as Panda, Abe, Daaaan, Christ, Brad, but the new members and the other members you just forget them, well, you did so to me, i felt useless 'til the point i just got p*ssed of all this shit and left, and to prove im not wrong in this point, see this....

So still looking huh? Well here is my application:

3. Why do you think you'll be chosen to get the job?: Because i want to help all those new/trial members to familiarize with the Mafia gang
4. Do you have any previous experience in this kind of job?: Yes Sir!, i often train all those new members on the server to get familiarized with Argonath, and i often train the new cops too.

It was just like i didnt wrote nothing, like i never did this before, not even a test if i would be good for work, i remember i did this application for Corleone trainers and Public Relations too... nothing, applications just forgotten, but when Andre_Corleone did this application, ACCEPTED INSTANTLY!! WTF? no point, i got pissed of all this shit, but i decided to wait... 'Til today, the day i leave CM

Well i've not been in the Corleone's long, so i didn't know a lot of the people that are leaving very well.

I hope we can brush aside all these difficulties and differences, people have gone their separate ways and we should accept their decisions. (*cough* Dark *cough*) Hopefully we can have fun with all the guys that have left in the future, you never know, we might coax you back

  There has been a lot of talk about no jobs being handed out. Well the point of Co-Leaders, Devision Leaders is surely to arrange this for you? To take some responsibility off Daniel having ot do everything. If something is not happening- make someone know about it- before you leave! If you want to improve the mafia, you need to tell people. You should all go on Teamspeak (or my pref- skype) and sort things out. You are a big group- you need good communication between members!

Ps. Loki, that picture is bloody funny!

  Myself and Daniel will be having talks over the renewal of the Vinewood pact, most likely on msn, or on SA:MP. Any members are invited to join in, and have their say about whats happening.

Jcstodds, I assure you it will be sorted out from now on... There was a minor occurrence which had to be delt with, but Daniel lost to it by not getting the trust.

Those members who left were great members, BUT it shows they did not care. For those who are now staying, THIS shows they care and with that smaller community we can grow and enlarge our gang PROFESSIONALLY back to what it once originally was!

, he came once to anoy the shit out of us with a soundboard but never spoke . One of the things a gang needs during jobs are good communication . What point is a leader whos to shy to speak on TS

Not that I care anymore but why is he against it then ? And why doesnt he use it ? The biggest gang doesnt even use TS ...it always felt wrong to me

Well, I kinda don't have a mic. So once I did join with the Jack Nicholson soundboard. But for the rest I never really used TS. I think we can put the TS in now.

I just need to work on some other details before we make some big agreements on this matter. We'll decide on it in the next meeting, which will be held on the website's "Meeting-Room". Expect some more details soon.

Aha! You dont need a mic to use teamspeak!     (Kaltsu:  :poke: :Everyone else)!

Teamspeak can be really funny... also makes it a lot easier to organise stuff... You may even get to hear myself, tooney, dan_lcfc and wdoyle pissing kaltsu off on police radio... 

Teamspeak can only be better for communication and organisation of your group.
