You're talking about race & an organization. Two different things.
Certain types of people are attracted to certain types of organizations, groups, what have you.
Race has nothing to do with that. Race is not not a mind set, or a choice.

I've seen multiple times people sucking up to superiors in game, in /p, in /r what the fuck ever have you.

No one said ALL members of the SAPD are suck ups, but SOME are, maybe even quite a FEW of them are.

Being a part of both at one time, I can say at least SAPD doesn't have any sort of ass-licking, which I won't imply Corleone does.
