Update:
Well, my mum called KPN yesterday, they told they noted the data and that it would take 10-14 work days.. Fine and all that, so my mum called again today. Guess what? They didn't note our data..  So my mum was like: 'Wtf!!?' and she cancelled everything we have by KPN right at the spot (ADSL and Digital TV) and now we're going to 'Ziggo' I hope that turns out ok..
