What I'm about to post has NOTHING to do with me as a mafia member, it is involved with me being as a player.
So, Corleones take RPing seriously? Bullshit.

So, I was on duty and there was a kidnap (Montanas, Straccis and Corey kidnapped someone). ScorpZ Corleone was suspected for lopas or something.
He wasn't unsuspected for a while. I asked him to leave the 207 area. He drove away with his bike, but stopped and started driving back to us. I shouted (don't remember if with caps): Leave OD area in 15 seconds! He didn't leave and I suspected him. He started yelling Abuse, abuse. He explained that he didn't know what OD was and I told (in caps) that I told him to leave the area before I mentioned OD in the sentence. Eventually I said: Ok, surrender and I will jail you for 15 seconds and give you your 600 dollars back. He refused. I shouted that he has 25 seconds to surrender before force will be used. He refused. When I counted to 2 I got kicked for flooding. I returned (from LSPD) as fast as possible and he had lost 60% hp. I shouted him to surrender and he said: wtf I was abused etc. Eventually I collapsed and started typing what the "free" jail would be. While I was typing he pulled out his shotgun (non-rp way) and randomly shot me dead (that's DM). After that I called him noob DMer in PM and he said that he will report me. [TCL]Corey was a witness to him randomly shooting me (I hope).
Earlier in the day, he did the same thing (randomly pulled out a shotgun and tried to DM me, but luckily an FBI agent called Sarah was nearby)

You should teach him how to RP and that DMing is wrong. Keep your members at bay, Daniel...

And that is the right way to do it, Which is what i wanted.

But you wanted me to surrender, You wanted the "moral" victory in your mind that you jailed me and this obvious in the way that you spoke to me. Things like "Surrender now criminal! I will use force" - You wanted to "force" your way to make me surrender so that you could have the moral victory.
I told you several times that i wont be treated as a criminal, As i wanst.

I shot you because you told me you were going to use force, And that would have been unfair as you had already abused me.
If you call me shooting you DM, Then ofcourse what you did earlier with your friend "Xeuq" was also DM, Hitting me with batons while in trying to explain that i have been abused?
