LS Division basicly means that we have a team in Los Santos. Just see it as "LS Department".

I dont think RON wil let him self be kidnapped he can overrule cmds....Appart from that if he doesnt think its funny Its goodbye argonath for the guy who tries it

(although in real life kidnappers go for high profile targets and hes one of the biggest )
