He's too new on Argonath. IMO We should let him have more experience..

It's a rule for all of Argonath. You only own the building, not anything around it or whatever else..

Like, Stracci HQ - Stracci only own the building, not that road, or the tennis courts.

I don't know where you got that from, we own everything inside of our gates, that includes the Tennis courts and the driveway. Where is this rule that you are talking about? It was always agreed that if it is evident that the house is part of the land then the person owns that too. I think in our case it is evident due to the surrounding gates.

It is a rule, It was made clear a few days ago by the Developers. You only payed for the building, therefor you do not own the grounds.

I would like to know where this is stated, even if it doesn't matter as tresspassers will be shot and survivors will be shot again based on what we declare is a part of our headquarters. I think it was Haldir who stated that if the area is fenced off and is obvious that it's a part of the house then the owner can claim it.

I think it's absurd to have it the other way around because we could just walk into the garden of all those richman mansions or elsewhere and the owner wouldn't be able to do shit. That's like saying Frank_Hawk doesn't own the small area surrounding the Gas Station 9 because he bought the business and 'not the grounds'. Of course the business comes with the grounds, just like houses.

Why did property admins always higher the price of houses they set to a lot higher than they should have been? It was to compensate for the land that came with it. I will try to find evidence to substantiate my claim, it might be hard as i think it was all mentioned by devs ingame.

I distinctly remember developers and founders telling us that we only own the building - Nothing surrounding it.. that means our carpark, your tennis court, etc..
