The way I see it is that there should be plenty of space for a few people to be promoted when I'm back, I haven't talked to it about Daniel or anything but the Caporegime/Consigilere system will be slightly tweaked to ensure a more rounded set of skills is available at Corleone's fingertips. This will mean there will be more Caporegimes and Consigileres however after the promotions those ranks will be more or less locked as they were before. As for the moment, Dean is a Caporegime until July, where I will re-consider his position along with everybody else who currently has a lower rank than myself - going to be quite some work, albeit there's no reason to worry about it.
