A little question about Blu-Ray

Hello

I would like to ask :

Is the Blu-Ray disc (DVD+R DL) 8.5GB readable on DVD Lector (Can the DVD Lector read it) ?

If yes , please give me some DVD Lectors that can read that disc (Like LG or Samsung...etc)

any blu ray player can play Blue ray disks not regular DVD players won't

are you asking if you can get a re-wrightable Blu ray disk and burn something on it and try playing it off a blu ray player?
