Well I have been in Argoanth a long long time and that strict real life role playing I have only seen on SAMP. As in anywhere else you can take any other role you want. When I came to Argonath I came here for the role playing that was similar to GTA: VC not real life. I bet you have died in Argonath, let's take real life? I didn't said that the RPing level has to be as strict as in RL:RP servers since it is not a RL server.
But it has to have some sense, since you are still RPing a human being.
