does this Gangwars also means enemies can just park up to the other, kill him and just drive off again?

at the moment i see all of Stracci and Corleone just killing eachother all day long,
and when they see the other BOOM! dead
its just going to dming

i was always pro-gangwar, but not on this way,
only for a 1 time, 1 location event gangwar

It was the community as a whole who asked for gangwar, remember?

Validated enemies have no limits to fights as long as the no-return rule is enforced. Failure to do so is breaking the gangwar rules.
Any other rules are created, agreed upon, and enforced by each gang and their enemies.

I would like to ask a question about something that occurred about two days ago.

Me and several other Corleone members were inside Gnoochi, the Corleone's Bistro, when a group of Straccis stormed the place and attacked us. I nearly had killed two of them, but suddenly they were replenishing their healths by using /pricelist inside the Bistro.

So, the question is: Are they allowed to use /pricelist while attacking someone by Validated Gangwar inside a interior with /pricelist capabilities?
