There was quotes like yours, but what really happened is that there were no sanctions against the rulebreakers... they were free and they still are, i hope that what you say is really gonna apply this time.

I woud like to point, that a "signal " to rival group shoud happend, like crusing around there HQ, or  organizing unfriendly meeting.

Storming in rival HQ, with 2 or 3 boys , one afk, one without weapon, and one alone in combat, is more then retarded in my point of view.

Also i woud like to note, that we WONT atack rivals when there is only 1-2-3 members of them online, with 30 mans. No not cause we are only moral and stuff, but because that woud create revenges, and too much gang wars in one day then required.

This is how things shoud work out, when we created validations, after few months, some of the groups just used them just to  have a  constant Team DM without any RP reason, exept "_Gvardia" tag. We had enough, so we STOPED making signal, we STARTED storming in rival HQ, atacking 2-3 members with 15 members, and everything they did to us. Since it turn out that when we try to make the RP out of it, we just get Dmed, or get  called  cowards, when we cancel validation, when some group is simply not following gang war rules, and total lack of interest is shown by there leaders about it.

I am here to announce that the Stracci Familly will only do group-wars with people (If example: You are the attacker) will provoke properly on a roleplay matter, such as Ursaring did last night, and such as I did (With spraying horse crap/urine in a boxville) on someone elses HQ. Under provocation I may understand:

Insulting a very high rank, deeply,
Trying to set HQ on fire, or business on fire,
Trying to ruin the business of someone, luring customers something else, making advertisements that that business is not OK, but that it has bacteria or something,
Kidnapping,
Armed Robbery.

I allready have seen great Roleplay from several groups;

Diablos, ESL, Koltsov, Solonik, (Gstar, sometimes)

This is MY own warning and I hope MORE of you will implent this aswell,

If I do not see provoking from the other side (Roleplay) I will simply drop validation, untill you are willing to completely coorporate with that.

Gang Wars might only happen when both leaders or co-leaders are online, and after they approved on it, It should be as friendly as it can, to avoid all kind of moaning and to assure a good Fairplay between both Rivals.
