Battlefield Heroes 1002 Error

I have no trouble logging in on the browser, or starting the game window, but at either "connecting" or "logging into account" it errors out after about a minute with "1002 error".

I have forwarded all 6 necessary ports. I have disabled each of my firewalls, trying it each time (it didn't work any better).

Any tips?
