The Scandinavians (Norway, Sweden) were the best at speaking almost flawless English I have encountered.

You forgot about Denmark Swedes speaks generally bad english, most of the swedes are better at typing.

About you panzienza I guess it is OK and if you score 80 out of 100 at a test its good as hell =)

Yeah British people and Aussies (Watti) suck at typing but their spoken english is good. It's vice versa for most of the foreigners.

We're just lazy and usually abbrevi8 things, m8.
