Then why, for, lets take example, in America, there are some French univercitys, Armenian universitys and other country-based. And there they learn on THEIR OWN Language. Also there are some other "foreign-country language" schools. Why not doing HERE the same?

Well if you read Estonian constitution then you will find that it states that Estonia will stand up for Estonians so that Estonian as a nationality would survive. Now this is just my own opinion that just because of that surviving the government from 1991 - present doesn't support Russians here so much, so that they would learn the official language, which will ease the communication between two nations in this country and we know that from communications some get married and from there comes babies and children are essential for surviving. But like I already said, that is just my opinion.

Well yes, there are such Universities in USA but don't think for one second that USA doesn't have analogue troubles there.( As a San Andreas player you should know about it quite good) And also one significant difference between Estonia and USA is that in Estonia there has always been Estonians, we are native habitants of this land. USA as a country or nation is build up of mix of nations. There is no such nationality as American but it USA was habited by English,Irish, Italians, French, Russians, Asians, Blacks etc.

That i see closer the issue with "rivalry" with Russians vs Estonians, and that happens almostly every day. And, to be honest, NOT always Estonians start. Russian side also had their issue with Estonians, want it or not, it's the fact i've seen quite recently.
I still wonder why do you keep talking like i'm some big fault of Nazi parade or so. Once again, i'm not estonian and i dont ,to be honest, actually care about Russia either, as both are "at war" and, in fact, both sides have their own reasons why being hated by each other, why not, or even no reasons at all. But, you know, from your posts i see how you hate Estonian politics.  But their fault is half of this problem. They've spread it over media to put hatred on Russians, bringing several reasons you know which. I live in Estonia. I spend 4 months each year being at Russia or Seychelles Islands, as that's a side effect of my job, but that's not the point.
I totally am Russian, however I can speak Estonian fluently. Moreover, my aunt is Estonian, but my uncle's Russian. Both of them are 68 years old. They love each other so much that they have even studied each other's language to communicate better. They live in Tartu.

I remember visited them once, not so long. When I arrived, my aunt Silva was crying - I asked her "Mis juhtus?". She pointed at the TV and I saw the statue, which you call "the monument of freedom". The monument which has the same symbol the Estonian SS division had. Later she told me that she hates the government. She also said, that the Soviet Government was much better than the current one. As well as all of my Russian AND Estonian friends (Yes, I sure have Estonian friends, which are really nice, at least they don't make up false accusations).

She once told me that she used to live much better in the Estonian NSV, people were better, there was no "conflict" between the Russians and Estonians. Even if you lived in Leningrad, it still was prestigious to go on a vacation to Tallinn.
Now, a bit closer to the topic, you support the Estonian "government" which caused the country-wide economical crisis? You know why there are a lot less consumer goods moved through the Russian-Estonian border, don't you? They shouldn't have moved the Bronze Soldier.
