Funny thing is i was just finished reading a chaper about this from my first aid book when i saw it

I know what you have gone through, trust me.  I've passed enough pain in my life, twice with my stomach, and several other times for things like broken bones.  One of those incidents with my stomach, lead to a surgeory as I had Appendix.

Trust me, I know how hard and scary these moments can be.  I've ended up in hospital multiple times.  Twice I thought I was going to die, prayed extremely hard, and was literally begging God to allow me to live.

Doctors told me after I recovered from the surgeory for my appendix, that if I had waited even 1 hour longer, I would've passed away, as my appendix would've ruptured.

I have also passed another surgeory before, on the back of my knee as I had a fluid there.  I must say, I am very thankful to God, and the doctors themsleves for still allowing me to be here today.

Like walking/running around the block?

No. Exercise may be healthy for your body when speaking of calories and carbs, but it's actually a bad thing to do because your internal systems will conflict. This can result in your heart working extra hard, your food making you feel sick, (or sicker in this case), and you having to take a nasty dump later when it's all digested and your body is relaxed.
