Let me get this straight because its pissing me off and I got punished for it IG,

Not long ago, Corleones decided to attack me. (Felix, Leo and an associate) As I was alone and unarmed, low hp. I tried my hardest to flee the scene. I managed to do so. I was already a suspect and out of nowhere a cop appears. Due to my low HP, the cop one shot killed me. I managed to regroup and get ana to get those bastards but then admins came asking me that its not allowed to return to RP. I was NEVER killed by a CORLEONE.

lol, it doesn't matter you didn't get killed by one of Corleones, you died during the roleplay (which was attack if what you're saying is true) and it was a proper, valid death (thus you died and are out of the roleplay)

you can get your friends to rp investigating or question some of CM guys, but you can't return yourself.

Everything was fine until I was accused of returning after death. And I would like to make this clear in front of you.

If you get killed by a COP or ANOTHER player, that's  it, there is nothing you can do. BUT you CAN join the war as you weren't killed by a CORLEONE. If a CORLEONE killed me, I would, myself, not bother with the war as they've killed me. And right now, I still consider myself alive, weather or not the cop killed me or not. But it doesn't really matter as the war is over.

Just because you do not get killed by your enemy in the war does not mean that you can return... :poke:

Looking at the happenings of the last week, its time for Ancelotti/Gvardia and Corleone to stop fighting each other until there is the mutual respect that there should be.

We've already taken the first step to withdrawing from this 'war'. I am sick of seeing my group members being targets of provocations, flaming, deathmatching and having them feel the need to respond with the same ethics to defend themselves. In my opinion the war was over the second the third boss died at the battle, afterwards my men have been defending themselves from attacks and retaliating but we have not initiated.

I don't remember kicking somebody from a CB channel being much of a rulebreak. You are in no association or way part of Ancelotti, so why would you be there? You threaten us in our OWN CHANNEL and when we take action you feel it is alright to intrude upon my groups topic and make accusations regarding DM? Hit contracts aren't required to kill people in situations where valid reason is apparent, next time don't be so stupid as to bring such situations upon yourself. There's your explanation.
