I wouldn't worry about the newbies leaving, out of maybe 10 or so of the newbies that leave we'll get one newbie that sticks and that makes it totally worth it. That's how we got most of the members who've stuck with us.

Who cares how long you've been with us before hand.  I been here longer, so have a lot of other people.

Main fact is - Yes, you would have been kicked, BUT, there's two things too this statement that can be altered.

1) Had you followed orders of Romeo, and the Capo's, you wouldn't have been kicked at all.
2) You left us, before things got out of hand - After your gambling debt, therefore, you have left us before your "kick" would have came into play, thus meaning you wouldn't have stayed long regardless.

Carlo, you're a good guy, but you have some real bad listening skills... Had you just listening to the orders given, you wouldn't of had to had left, nor would you have been in for a kick... Just simple stuff, it's not hard...
